Pricing questions

Is this a subscription?

No. Courses are a one-time, per-seat purchase. You pay once and your team member trains, tests, and downloads their certificate. Only Driver Qualification file management is billed monthly.

What counts as a seat?

One seat = one person taking one course. Buy multiple seats in the cart and assign them to your team from your dashboard — you don't need each person's name at checkout.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes, for orders of 10+ seats. Request team pricing and we'll send a quote and invoice.

Can I pay by invoice or purchase order?

Card, Apple Pay, and Amazon Pay are available at checkout for any order. For team orders we can issue a standard invoice — contact us.

How long is my certificate valid?

It depends on the regulation: DOT HAZMAT recurs every 3 years, IATA air training every 24 months, and EPA RCRA annually. Each course page lists its exact renewal cycle.
