Questions before requesting a drug test

Can I request a drug test without a background check?

Yes. Request employment drug testing on its own, without adding criminal or driving-record checks. Our team confirms availability, the test scope, and pricing before scheduling; submitting a request does not create a test order.

Is this for DOT or non-DOT drug testing?

The inquiry supports either requirement, or “not sure” if you need clarification. DOT and non-DOT testing are separate programs; a general workplace panel is not interchangeable with a DOT test. Supported options must be confirmed before ordering.

Do you offer 5-panel or 10-panel drug tests?

Tell us your workplace requirements so we can confirm the appropriate available panel. A panel number alone does not establish the exact substances, specimen type, or regulatory suitability of a test. Do not substitute a general workplace panel for a DOT test.

Where can an employee take the test?

Provide the city and state or ZIP code where collection is needed. We will confirm whether a supported collection option is available. Do not send an employee to a clinic based only on submitting this form.

How much does a standalone drug test cost?

Can I use this for an urgent post-accident test?

Should I include medications or test results?

No. Use this form only for business contact and service requirements. Discuss medications, medical history, and individual results through the authorized provider’s confidential process—not a general sales inquiry.
