Why does the matrix separate RCRA, DOT, and HAZWOPER?
They regulate different functions. Generator rules address hazardous waste managed at a facility, DOT rules cover functions affecting transportation, and HAZWOPER can apply to specific cleanup, TSD, or emergency-response work. One course does not automatically replace the others.
Can I use one matrix for an entire company?
Use one matrix for each distinct role or duty set. Employees with different waste, shipping, or emergency responsibilities may need different training even when their job titles are similar.
