Evergreen Comply provides self-paced online regulatory and workplace compliance training for transportation, logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, environmental, and healthcare teams. Courses include downloadable certificates and employer-facing training records.

Training capabilities

Hazardous materials and dangerous goods

Choose DOT HAZMAT general and security awareness, function-specific advanced HAZMAT, DOT and IATA-aligned air-shipping training, or training for excepted lithium-battery shipments. Match the course to the worker's actual duties, transportation mode, and employer procedures.

IMDG vessel-shipping training covers shore-based packaged-dangerous-goods functions for $179 per learner. About 100 minutes plus assessments, English, with a completion certificate. Employers complete function-specific instruction and records. The commercial IMDG Code is not included.

Drug and alcohol program roles

Evergreen Comply offers Designated Employer Representative training, DOT reasonable-suspicion training for supervisors, and awareness training for employees. Course pages state the intended audience and scope.

Environmental, driving, and healthcare compliance

The public catalog also includes California hazardous-waste generator training, defensive-driving awareness, and HIPAA privacy and security training. Training is online, self-paced, mobile-ready, and available in the languages shown in the catalog.

OSHA employee training

• OSHA Hearing Conservation Training: Annual training for employees in the hearing conservation program; federal general-industry baseline.
• OSHA Portable Fire Extinguisher Training: Initial and annual education or equipment training, depending on employer policy and assigned duties.
• OSHA Respiratory Protection Training: Training before required respirator use, annual retraining and earlier retraining when needed; medical evaluation and fit testing are separate.
• OSHA Benzene Safety Training: Initial training for covered work areas; at least annual training for employees exposed above the action level.
• OSHA Formaldehyde Safety Training: Initial, new-exposure and annual training, subject to the objective-data exception below 0.1 ppm.
• OSHA Lead Exposure Training — General Industry: Initial and annual training for covered general-industry employees; not construction, EPA RRP or lead-abatement certification.

The public API is read-only and requires no authentication. It does not expose learner records, certificates, purchases, account data, or seat assignments. Evergreen Comply is a training provider, not a law firm or government agency; confirm company-specific obligations against current regulations or qualified counsel.
