What we handle
Pick what you need. Most small fleets start with driver files, and add MVRs and filings as they come due.
Driver qualification files
$9 per driver per month
Our team builds each driver’s file, tracks every expiration, chases missing or expiring documents, and flags annual MVRs and reviews before they’re due.
MVRs
$9.25, or $12.25 with CDLIS, plus the state fee
Pre-hire and annual motor vehicle records. Each result files straight into the driver’s DQ file.
FMCSA filings
Free USDOT number to $99 new authority, plus government fees
USDOT number, MC authority, BOC-3, UCR and MCS-150 updates. We prepare the filing; you verify your identity with FMCSA and sign.
Supervisor and DER training
$39 reasonable suspicion, $99 DER, per person
Online training for the supervisors who make reasonable suspicion calls and for your designated employer representative, in English or Spanish, with an instant certificate.
What stays with you
We handle the paperwork. These stay in your hands, and it’s better to know that before you start.
Drug and alcohol testing
Your consortium or testing company runs your testing program. We ask who it is during setup.
Hiring decisions and signatures
You decide who drives, and you sign what only the carrier can sign, like the annual review.
Logs, vehicles and insurance
Hours of service, vehicle inspection and maintenance records, and your insurance stay with you and your providers.
