What does your USDOT number owe?
Your MCS-150 due date, UCR bracket, authority status and the driver rules that apply, from FMCSA’s record, with what each one costs to handle.
DOT checkup questions
Where does the checkup get its data?
From FMCSA’s Company Census File on data.transportation.gov, the same public record behind FMCSA’s USDOT lookups. FMCSA refreshes it monthly, so a filing you made in the last few weeks may not show yet.
When is my MCS-150 due?
Every two years. The last digit of your USDOT number sets the month (1 is January through 9 for September, 0 is October) and the next-to-last digit sets the year: odd digits file in odd-numbered years, even digits in even-numbered years. Missing it can get your number deactivated.
Why are some items marked “Confirm”?
FMCSA’s record shows your size, operation and cargo, but not whether your drivers need a CDL, whether you paid UCR this year or when your hazmat training was done. Those items apply to carriers like yours; you confirm them.
Is Evergreen Comply part of FMCSA?
No. Evergreen Comply is a private company that files FMCSA paperwork and sells compliance training and screening. Every filing can also be done directly with FMCSA or the UCR Plan.
