MVR reports for employers

Order a motor vehicle record for a CDL driver without buying a full background-check package. The driver provides sensitive information and authorization through a private form; you sign in to view the completed report.

MVR only: $11.95 + state fee
A driving record from the issuing state. May include license status, class, restrictions, and reported violations; details and history vary by state.
MVR + CDLIS: $14.95 + state fee
An MVR plus a CDLIS search for additional licenses. Additional licenses can trigger extra MVRs and additional charges.

Do I need a background-check bundle?

No. Choose MVR only or MVR + CDLIS. Neither includes criminal searches. If checkout is unavailable, contact us.

What will I pay?

The report charge plus the license state’s DMV fee. Your total appears before payment. With CDLIS, extra licenses trigger additional MVRs. With your checkout authorization, verified extra Checkr and DMV costs are charged once to your saved payment method, without markup. You receive an itemized receipt.

What do I need to order?

Your business and email, plus the driver’s name, email, work location, and license state. The driver enters sensitive details privately. For an inquiry, business details only.

How long does it take?

Timing depends on driver authorization, state records, and Checkr review. Results aren’t guaranteed instantly. We email you when the report is ready.

Can I get my own driving record?

This service is for employers. For a personal record, contact your licensing agency. Invited by an employer? Use your private link.

Does this cover all DOT requirements?

No. An MVR is only one part of driver qualification. Confirm your other required checks and documents separately.
