Need help with CDL Prep Hero? Email support@evergreencomply.com. Include your app version, your phone and its iOS or Android version, what happened and a screenshot if useful. Never send passwords or sign-in codes.
CDL Prep Hero offers a 90-day access pass with no automatic renewal. Apple (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) displays the price before you confirm a purchase. Test builds from TestFlight or Google Play internal testing use the store's test payments. A pass works on the platform where you bought it.
Restore a purchase
Sign in with the same account you used when you purchased (Apple on iPhone, Google on Android), then open Settings → Restore purchase. Use the same Apple or Google Play purchase account as well. The pass lasts 90 days from its original verified purchase, not from the date of restoration.
If Apple or Google Play confirmed a purchase but access has not appeared, do not buy another pass. Check your connection, wait briefly and restore. Contact us if access still does not return.
Your progress and lessons
Answers, lesson progress and saved questions stay on the phone; they do not sync across devices. Avoid deleting the app to troubleshoot. If your subject list is incomplete, check Settings → Vehicle details and confirm your state, class and endorsements.
Narration and motion
Turn on the speaker control in a lesson or Read aloud in Settings, and check the phone's media volume and audio output. Lesson motion plays automatically for a limited number of loops. Tell us the lesson and step if something remains silent or still.
Sign-out and deletion
Settings → Account contains sign-out and account deletion. Apple or Google may let you sign back in without typing a password; that alone does not mean sign-out failed. Deletion requires fresh verification with Apple or Google and is different from signing out. You can also request deletion by email. Cleanup may continue in the background; a pending request is not a completed deletion. See the privacy policy or contact support for a data request.
Report a question
Email the lesson/question title and your concern. CDL Prep Hero is an independent study aid, not a government service. Refer to your current state CDL manual and official requirements; practice results do not guarantee a test result. Do not use the app while driving.
Billing help
Purchases are handled by Apple on iPhone and Google Play on Android. For refund requests, visit Apple's Report a Problem service or Google Play's refund page. Account deletion does not itself issue a refund.
