Delete your CDL Prep Hero account
You can delete your CDL Prep Hero account and its associated data at any time. Free study never requires an account, so if you never signed in there is no account to delete.
Delete in the app
- Open CDL Prep Hero and go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account, then Delete my account.
- Confirm it's you: on iPhone, Apple asks you to verify; on Android, choose the same Google Account you signed in with.
Cleanup may continue in the background after you confirm. A pending request is not shown as completed until cleanup finishes.
Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app or the in-app control is unavailable, email support@evergreencomply.com with the subject “CDL Prep Hero account deletion request” and the email address you used to sign in (for Sign in with Apple, the address Apple shared with us, which may be a private relay address). We may ask you to confirm your identity before deleting an account.
What is deleted
- Your app account and sign-in identity (Apple or Google).
- The email address and name information stored with your account.
- Your purchase-recovery link and associated RevenueCat customer records. On iPhone, the app's Apple sign-in authorization is also revoked.
What is kept, and for how long
- Records that Apple or Google must keep for their own transaction systems, and records we must retain for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or security purposes.
- Service logs and backups, which expire under our providers' retention schedules rather than immediately.
- Study progress stored on your phone. It was never uploaded to your account; delete the app to remove it from the phone.
Deleting your account does not refund a purchase and does not delete your Apple Account or Google Account. After deletion you may not be able to recover an existing 90-day pass. For refunds, see App support. More detail is in the privacy policy.
