Planner privacy

Effective October 27, 2026. Applies to version 0.1.0 of the Evergreen Training Review Planner.

What stays on your device

Task or role labels, starting dates, selected intervals, and calculated review dates are saved in this browser’s local storage. The extension does not transmit this data, collect analytics, access browser tabs, or sync records to an account. Use role labels only, not employee names or sensitive information.

Your controls

Remove individual entries or choose Clear saved plan to delete saved data. Clearing browser data or uninstalling the extension can also remove the plan. CSV exports are files on your device; protect or delete them yourself. Each website origin and the extension have separate storage. GitHub-hosted plans do not automatically transfer to evergreencomply.com. There is no cloud backup or recovery service.

External sites

Following an Evergreen link opens the Evergreen website, which has its own privacy policy. A hosted web copy’s hosting provider may process ordinary web requests and connection information; the tool itself does not send your plan. This Evergreen-hosted planner does not load analytics or advertising scripts. Ordinary hosting requests remain subject to Evergreen’s privacy policy. GitHub-hosted copies are also subject to GitHub’s privacy practices.
